The Shoppes at EastChase gift cards are as easy to use as cash and are accepted at all EastChase stores. Keep plenty on hand for employees and friends! Whoever they are, whatever they want, make their wish come true with a gift card from The Shoppes at EastChase.
Gift cards are available in the Management Office Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Gift cards are accepted at any retailer within the Shoppes and the Plaza who accept Discover. Cards can be purchased in increments of $20 to $500.
Balance Inquiry
1. To check your gift card balance for free visit www.mymallgiftcard.com.
2. For gift card balances you may also call MidAmerica at (800) 798-4099. You receive one free balance inquirty a month; any inquiries after that will cost 25 cents each.
3. Or visit or call the mall office at (334) 279-6046 for a free balance inquiry. The Shoppes at EastChase Office Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
4. There is a $1.50 issuance fee per gift card.
