September is official National Yoga Month (a national observance designated by the Department of Health & Human Services) designed to educate about the health benefits of yoga and to inspire a healthy lifestyle.

While challenging yourself by pushing the boundaries of your body’s strength and flexibility (while also controlling your breath) will feel amazing at the time, the rewards extend well beyond the mat.

Celebrate this month of Yoga, and {flow over} to join us on the green every Saturday 9-10 AM near the farmers market. Namaste.
