We have taken several measures to continue operations safely; here are just a few:
Sanitizing stations: We have placed hand sanitizing solutions throughout the shopping center so that shoppers can clean their hands upon entering and exiting shops.
Signage: There are signs posted on each retailer requiring that everyone wear a mask while shopping inside. We also have signage that promotes physical distancing of at least 6-feet.
Adjusted hours: All of our stores are operating under different hours in order to ensure that there is dedicated time for sanitizing.
Curbside Pick-Up initiative: We have promoted our to-go initiative to maintain physical distancing while still enjoying everything our restaurants and retailers have to offer. Now, all retailers are equipped with curbside capabilities that have kept business going while minimizing risks. One of our restaurants, BurgerFi, has even created a drive-thru to adapt to the changes!
Complimentary masks: Some of our retailers, including Loft, American Eagle, and Mountain High Outfitters are offering complimentary masks to shoppers who don’t have them. To go one step further, American Eagle is offering stickers to decorate your masks!
